This artist refuses to credit his stock providers, even though many have tried to work with him to understand the rules. He now blocks anyone who mentions missing credits. dA is aware that he is a problem, but will not do anything unless the stock providers report him for violating their stock rules. I can't tell you how many stock providers I have contacted, after recognizing their photos.
